By using this website or submitting your details, you agree to this Policy.

We are not the developer. This website is operated by BricksGuru, an Authorised Sales Partner, and does not include or represent the Prestige Sales Team. This project is in its pre-launch / Expression-of-Interest stage; the website exists only to share information and gather interest, and does not constitute an offer or contract.

When you submit an enquiry or "Express Your Interest" form, we may collect:

Your name, mobile number (with country code) and email address;
Your stated preferences (e.g. configuration of interest, purpose — end-use or investment);
Technical & campaign data automatically captured, such as IP address, browser/device type, pages viewed, referring URL, and marketing parameters (UTM tags, gclid, fbclid) used to understand which advertisement brought you here.

To contact you by phone call, SMS, email or WhatsApp regarding Prestige Garden Breeze and related enquiries;
To share the cost sheet, floor plans, brochure and to schedule a site visit;
